A restaurant's customer relationships leak in six specific places. This is those six fixes, wired to each other, live in 4 to 8 weeks, then managed for you. It is not a bag of tools... a bag of tools is what you already have, and it's exactly why nothing you own talks to anything else you own.
Read them and count how many you recognise. Most owners get to four before they stop enjoying the exercise.
Your site looks fine. It just never asks for anything. No capture, no proof, no reason to act tonight. So the visit ends exactly where it started, and you never even know it happened.
Enquiries land after service, when nobody is holding the phone. By the time somebody replies the next afternoon, they have booked somewhere else. You never see the message that cost you the table.
They came, they loved it, they left. Nobody knows who they were. The cheapest table in hospitality is a regular walking back in, and right now it's left entirely to luck.
The notebook does not send reminders, and the reminder is the thing that collapses the no-show. So you eat the cover... and the table you turned away to hold it.
The happiest moment your guest has all week goes completely unasked. Meanwhile the one annoyed person writes four hundred words. Your rating gets built by the wrong sample.
It's sitting in your point of sale right now. Hundreds of people who already paid you. It has never been used. Not once. That's not a marketing problem, that's an unopened envelope.
Every one of these is fixable with software you already half own. The reason none of them is fixed is that nothing you own talks to anything else you own. The tools are commodity. The wiring is not... and the wiring is what we sell.
This is one continuous mechanism, not four features sitting near each other. It is the single thing worth watching on a call, because it is the only part of this a restaurant cannot simply go and buy.
Every individual piece of that loop is commodity. Anyone can buy a coupon tool, a loyalty card, a review tool. The loop is the product.
The standard restaurant page set, built in your brand: home, menu, offers, events, about, private dining, contact, welcome, plus the legal pages and a branded 404. Mobile-verified, meta set on every page, footer year that updates itself.
Plugs leak 1One hardened bot that answers at 11pm the way you would at 11am. Red-teamed before it ever talks to a guest, and you keep its knowledge current yourself from a Google Sheet. Ships in suggest mode, moves to autopilot after a clean review window.
Plugs leak 2One welcome coupon and one cashback card, linked, with the auto-enrol bridge configured. Install links branded to your own domain, never a raw shortlink that looks like spam.
Plugs leak 3Booking capture straight into the guest record, a confirmation and reminder sequence, and a no-show follow-up. The notebook retires.
Plugs leak 4A compliant review-request flow triggered after the visit, plus a proof section on your site that displays whatever comes in. Your happiest guests finally get asked.
Plugs leak 5We open the envelope. A day-one blast to your existing list the moment you go live, plus two campaign templates you can re-fire yourself whenever a Tuesday looks quiet. We write and run the blast for you as part of your build; the messages themselves run from your wallet at the rates in your dashboard, and you see the total before anything sends.
Plugs leak 6Underneath all six: one CRM, one contact record, one tag taxonomy, one reporting surface. That is the difference between a system and a subscription pile.
Then this is more than you need, and we will tell you so. A site that sells is one product... module 1 on its own. What's on this page is the whole guest system wired together: the site is where a stranger arrives, but the wallet card, the front desk, the bookings, the reviews and the win-backs are what keep them coming back. Buy the site if the site is the problem. Buy this if the leak is everything that happens after the first visit.
Ask the next agency to put their revenue promise in the contract. Watch what happens.
We guarantee delivery, never outcome. We promise only what we actually control, and we put that in writing. Anyone promising you a revenue number is either guessing or selling... they cannot control your kitchen, your pricing or your Saturday. What we can control is whether the system exists, works and keeps running, and that is what you are buying. It is a hard line, not an opening position.
Menu with prices, brand assets, photos, hours, address, booking rules, FAQ answers, your existing customer list. That questionnaire is the spec. There is no second discovery phase.
Your time: about an hourFour to eight weeks of surge, all six modules on one CRM, with 2 revision rounds along the way. If you go quiet, we build anyway and ship version one rather than let it stall.
Your time: two review roundsLive and monitored, with a monthly optimisation pass and a results report that shows you what the system actually did. Plus complimentary wallet credits worth 10% of the monthly fee.
Your time: read one reportYou should not have to book a call to find out what something costs. And this is not a discount off a bigger number... read the next line carefully, because it's the honest reason the price is what it is.
This is a founding rate, and it is not money off. It is the price of the first case study. What you give back is a written case study and a short video testimonial once the system is running and we can both see what it did.
Once the case studies exist, the standard rate for new accounts becomes USD 700 a month plus a USD 2,500 setup. Yours does not move, ever.
You could, and for one or two modules you probably should. Here is the arithmetic, at the same prices we quote when somebody buys these modules one at a time, so you can see exactly where the number comes from.
The bundle is the cheaper way to buy the whole set, by USD 150 a month, and the single setup fee is lower than six separate build fees added up. Those fees are different for each module because the work is: three of these six already carry a published build fee, and those three alone come to USD 2,300 between them, before the other three are priced. The Edition also includes the wiring between the six and the monthly optimisation pass, neither of which you get buying singly. The reason is not generosity: the wiring gets built once instead of six times, so it genuinely costs us less to deliver together.
That comparison uses the standard rate above, because that is the like-for-like number. Holding it up against the founding USD 500 would make the gap look bigger than it is, and the founding rate is low for a different reason entirely.
How many of these we can run at once. Three to five concurrent builds is the ceiling, and that number describes a delivery line running at full stretch. Nothing has been deployed end to end yet and the first build doubles as the template every later one is cloned from, so the honest number today is below three. That is a limit on how much we can build well. It is not a queue, and nobody is racing you for a slot.
Prepay, month to month after that. No post-delivery invoicing, no payment plans.
Every price on this page is in USD, including the not-included list further down. Malaysian clients can be invoiced in MYR at the prevailing rate. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. Every figure here is also on our pricing page.
Most agencies keep this vague on purpose, then bill you for the gap. We publish it, because a scope you can read is the only way your decision is a simple yes or no.
No asterisks. This is the whole thing.
So that "can you also..." has an answer that is neither no nor free labour.
Why we hold the line this hard: the fence is what keeps this a product instead of a project, and the build eight weeks instead of eight months. Every agency that quietly says yes to everything ends up slow, expensive and resentful... and you are the one who pays for that, in weeks you did not plan for. We would rather just hand you a number.
All of it in one intake questionnaire. That questionnaire is the spec.
If you go quiet, we build anyway. We pull from your existing site or use stock, and ship version one. Nothing sits half-built waiting on an email. We would rather tell you that now than spring it on you in week six.
Written into the agreement, not just said on a call.
One thing we deliberately do not commit to: a human answering at 3am. The system is monitored and the tickets get worked, but detection is not the same as a person on call, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume it. The full promise is up there.
Every one of these six modules is proven on its own. The package is not. No restaurant has yet run all six of them wired together for a full month. Here is exactly what that means for you.
This is exactly why the price is what it is. USD 500 a month with setup waived is not a discount... it is the price of the first case study. You get the rate locked for the life of your account, and we get the number we are currently missing. That's the whole trade, and now you can see both halves of it.
All six modules wired together on one restaurant: the site, the front desk, the welcome coupon that enrols the cashback card, the bookings, the proof section, the campaigns. Click anything. Claim the welcome offer and watch what happens to your phone.
It is a demonstration, not a case study. Fat Ninja Pizza is our own showroom build, so nothing you see there is a claim about anyone's revenue.
It is configured to your restaurant: your menu, your brand, your voice, your booking rules, your answers. What it is not is bespoke engineering. Anything that needs new code written from scratch sits outside this product and becomes a separate bespoke build, priced against your problem instead of from this page. That single distinction is why this one goes live in weeks instead of months.
For one or two modules, yes, and we will happily sell you one or two. For the whole set, no. Bought one at a time the platform is USD 100 a month with your first module included, and each module after that is USD 150 a month plus its own one-time build fee. All six that way lands at USD 850 a month, plus a build fee on each one that differs by module. The same six as one Edition is USD 700 a month plus a single USD 2,500 setup at the standard rate, and it also carries the wiring between them and the monthly optimisation pass, which buying singly does not. The full arithmetic is set out above.
You get a number, not a shrug and not free labour. Every off-menu item is priced above, in USD: an extra page is USD 250, a third revision round is USD 200, copywriting from scratch is USD 400. Anything larger gets quoted before it starts. That is what keeps the price and the timeline honest, for both of us.
One questionnaire, about an hour, and two review rounds. That questionnaire is the spec. After that we build, you approve, it runs. If setup needed your evenings, nobody would ever finish it... which is precisely why so many restaurant systems sit half-configured.
We build anyway. If you stop replying we pull from your existing site or use stock and ship version one, then you refine it in your revision rounds. Nothing sits half-finished waiting on an email. We tell you this up front rather than springing it on you later.
No. We build around what you already run. The platforms keep doing the one thing they are genuinely good at, which is putting you in front of new faces. The system makes sure the second visit, and every visit after it, belongs to you instead of to them.
Delivery, never outcome. We promise what we control: the systems built, live and monitored, the messages sent, the campaigns fired. We do not promise revenue, footfall or a review count. Anyone who does promise you those is either guessing or selling. It is a hard line, not an opening position.
We walk your guest journey as it works today, point at where the six leaks are actually costing you, and show you what the system looks like configured to your menu and your brand. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so on the call.
Not ready to talk? Walk the showroom instead. It answers most of it.
The price is on this page. There is nothing held back to be unlocked on a call.
