Who we are

Systems Ninjas is a brand of Systems R Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Systems Ninjas. We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website, how and why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors to our website and to people who contact us or book a call with us. It does not cover any third-party websites we may link to, which have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us

When you fill in our contact or booking form, or otherwise get in touch, we collect the details you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or enquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we collect basic usage and analytics data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at and move through the site. We collect some of this through cookies and similar technologies. See the cookies note below.

How and why we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the information you ask for;
• schedule, confirm and run calls and meetings with you;
• understand how our website is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect any processing we carried out before you withdrew it, and in some cases it may mean we can no longer provide what you asked for.

Children's privacy

Notis ini dikeluarkan menurut Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010, yang menghendaki notis bertulis diberikan dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris. Versi Bahasa Inggeris di atas dan versi ini membawa maksud yang sama.

Data peribadi yang kami proses. Nama, alamat e-mel, nombor telefon dan nama perniagaan yang anda berikan apabila anda mengisi borang, menempah panggilan atau menghubungi kami. Kami juga mengumpul maklumat penggunaan laman web seperti muka surat yang anda lihat, jenis peranti dan pelayar anda, dan lokasi anggaran anda.

Sumber data. Data peribadi diperoleh terus daripada anda. Kami tidak membeli senarai dan kami tidak mengambil data anda daripada pihak ketiga.
