Our productised systems have published prices. You can read them, add them up, and decide before you ever speak to us. One platform fee, one price per module, no surprise line items.
All prices in USD. Malaysian clients can be invoiced in MYR at the prevailing rate. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Every system runs on one platform, so you pay for the platform once. What changes is how many modules you switch on.
USD 100 / month, charged once no matter how many modules you run. Your first module is included in it.
+ USD 150 / month per additional module. Real build, monitoring and support work, priced as such. Each module also carries its own one-time build fee.
A one-time build fee, different for each module because the work is. It is listed on every card below. Paid once, at the start. Nothing recurring hides inside it.
Running six modules à la carte costs USD 850/month, plus a build fee on each one. The F&B Edition bundles the same six for USD 700/month and a single setup fee — see below. The bundle is genuinely the cheaper way to buy, and you can check the arithmetic yourself.
Each module is a finished system, not a tool licence. We configure it for your business, wire it into what you already run, and keep it running.
Every enquiry answered in seconds, on the channel it arrived on, day or night.
One-time setup USD 500
A five-page site built to do one job: turn attention into booked revenue.
One-time build USD 1,300
One long-form conversion page and a FAQ bot. The fastest way to stop leaking traffic.
One-time build USD 700
The full acquisition site: pages, ad landing pages, upgraded bot, and monthly optimisation.
One-time build USD 2,500
Monthly fee scales to USD 500 with page count and optimisation scope. Confirmed in writing before we start.
Talk it through →A loyalty card that lives in your customer's phone wallet, plus the campaign that fills it on day one.
One-time setup USD 500
The day-one campaign covers your first 2,000 contacts. Beyond that, messaging is quoted before it is sent.
Get started →Receipts and bills captured, categorised and filed into your accounting system without anyone typing.
One-time setup USD 500
A separate product family from the customer-facing modules. It has its own ladder and is never bundled into an Edition.
Get started →All six customer modules, wired together and managed as one system. Built for restaurants, cafés and bars.
This is the productised version of everything above: configured for your menu, your brand and your voice, cloned from a proven build rather than engineered from scratch. That is why it costs less than the parts.
Why this price: it is the founding rate, and it is an exchange rather than a discount. You get a rate locked for the life of your account; we get a written case study and a video testimonial from a business we can point to. Once those exist, the rate for new clients goes up. Yours does not.
Founding places are genuinely limited by delivery capacity, not by a countdown timer. Minimum commitment three months, twelve preferred.
Added to any module or Edition. Same billing cycle, same terms. Where we can publish a price, we publish it. Where the work is genuinely custom, we quote it rather than pretend it fits a table.
| Add-on | Monthly | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp channelOfficial WhatsApp Business API, connected inbox, hardened bot and the automation around it. Meta charges per message; those run from your wallet at the rates shown in your dashboard. | USD 50 | — |
| AI Employee (Unlimited)Not a second AI. This lifts the per-use metering off the AI already running in your modules, so an AI-heavy operation pays one flat monthly fee instead of drawing down credits. A self-serve upgrade you can switch on and off. | USD 150 | — |
| Table GuardNo-show protection for booked tables. Holds the revenue you have already earned on the calendar. | USD 200 | USD 500 |
| POS integrationConnects your point-of-sale to the loyalty and customer layer. Priced per adapter because every POS is different. | Quoted | Quoted |
| Integrations and expansionsAnything not on this list. Another system connected, a module extended past what it ships with, a workflow built around how you actually work. We can almost certainly build it. We cannot put a number on it from a web page, so we quote it once we have seen the requirement. | Quoted | Quoted |
If your problem is specific to your business and expensive enough to be worth solving properly, a productised module is the wrong answer and we will say so. Those builds are scoped and priced against what the problem actually costs you each year.
We do not publish a rate for this, because a number without a diagnosis is a guess. What we do publish is the process: a diagnostic conversation, a written scope of work you approve before anything is built, and a fixed fee against that scope.
Book a diagnostic →The things most agencies bury. Read them now rather than discovering them on an invoice.
All prices are in US dollars. Malaysian clients can be invoiced in Malaysian ringgit at the prevailing rate on the invoice date. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are shown separately if they apply.
Setup is charged once, before work starts. The monthly fee begins when your system goes live, not when you sign, and recurs monthly on that date until cancelled.
Every plan includes monthly operating credits worth 10% of your monthly fee — these cover messages, AI responses and system activity. Usage beyond that runs from a wallet you top up, at the rates shown in your dashboard. Unused credits do not roll over.
Monthly plans are cancellable with 30 days' notice, outside any minimum commitment agreed in writing. We do not lock you into annual contracts on productised modules.
Each module has a defined scope, listed in your agreement. Work outside it is quoted separately before it is done — never added silently to an invoice.
Everything we sell is a digital service, delivered to your accounts online. Nothing is physically shipped. Full terms are in our Delivery & Refund Policy.
That is what the audit is for. We walk your customer journey together and show you where the revenue is actually leaking. Then you pick — or you don't.
