Malaysian law requires a privacy notice in both Bahasa Melayu and English. We scanned 1,233 .my domains from a Malaysian IP address and read every notice we could reach. 36% of commercial sites carry both languages. Government sites, which the Act expressly does not cover, manage 49%.
